Each member of the team brought deep procurement expertise from giants like Volkswagen, Apple, ABB and others, they were handpicked for their ability to navigate the complexities of cross-border sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract structuring in the Chinese market.
After successfully delivering the project, the team faced a turning point. Rather than going their separate ways, they chose to stay together.
